Conference Centre and Exhibitions
Our conference centre is fully flexible and caters for up to 1400 delegates. Our Dublin conference centre is divisible into 6 sections (Lansdowne Room, Pembroke Room, Herbert Room, Ulster Suite, Munster Suite and Leinster Suite) and includes a pre-function area for registration, coffee breaks, networking and exhibition.
The highest ceiling height of the room is in the Fitzwilliam Hall (includes Lansdowne Room, Pembroke Room and Herbert Room) at 5.7 metres.
Our Conference & Banqueting team will ensure your conference or exhibition is seamless from beginning until end.
Our conference centre is a great location for private lunches and dinners above 200 people. The pre-function area with a fully equipped bar is ideal for drinks receptions before entering the dining area. Choose from a range of menu options and extensive beverage list; rest assured our dining experience is one of the finest in Ireland.
Our team can assist with recommendations for off-site dinner events.
Conference Venue: Technical Features
The hotel’s internet provider is Netspeed and we can provide up to a Gigabit of WI-FI throughout the hotel through a highly available clustered guest management system. High capacity, dual radio Ruckus access points are distributed throughout the property, capable of delivering high speed to all wireless devices.
To compliment the high capacity wireless system, all meeting rooms and our conference centre area are equipped with Gigadata ports. The systems flexibility gives the hotel the ability to customise the service delivered to meet any conference and event requirements.
Network Security & Privacy
If security and privacy are a priority, a private network can be provisioned for the duration of your conference or event. Additional branding opportunities are possible through custom broadcast network names and guest portal pages.
All meeting rooms come with built in LCD projectors and screens. Audio Visual is required for our conference centre due to the capabilities of this room.
Avcom is our recommended audio-visual supplier however clients can choose their own supplier at no additional cost. Avcom do have an on-site technician at the hotel at all times to offer support and advice from site inspection to the completion of your conference or event.
Clayton Hotel Burlington Road endeavours to assist all guests with mobility impairments. The hotels conference centre is on ground level, with use of accessible bathrooms and use of our lifts to access the meeting rooms floor and guest bedrooms. Our restaurant and bar are also located on the ground floor. Accessible parking is available at the front of the hotel close to the entrance.
Access & Storage
To ensure quick and easy access, our load in and out bay is accessible from the rear of the hotel with direct access to the conference centre.
Storage can also be offered for materials and equipment if required.
We can provide professional and discreet security personnel for your event requirements. Clients can use their own security personnel however must liaise with a hotel contact.
