Conference Centre Dublin and Exhibitions
Our conference centre is fully flexible and caters for up to 1400 delegates. Our Dublin conference centre is divisible into 6 sections (Lansdowne Room, Pembroke Room, Herbert Room, Ulster Suite, Munster Suite and Leinster Suite) and includes a pre-function area for registration, coffee breaks, networking and exhibition.
The highest ceiling height of the room is in the Fitzwilliam Hall (includes Lansdowne Room, Pembroke Room and Herbert Room) at 5.7 metres.
Our Conference & Banqueting team will ensure your conference or exhibition is seamless from beginning until end.
Catering for Conferences
Our conference centre is a great location for private lunches and dinners above 200 people. The pre-function area with a fully equipped bar is ideal for drinks receptions before entering the dining area. Choose from a range of menu options and extensive beverage list; rest assured our dining experience is one of the finest in Ireland.
Our team can assist with recommendations for off-site dinner events.
Finbarr Higgins is our Executive Chef who has a great reputation in the industry creating some of the finest dishes in Ireland. The most fundamental element to Finbarr’s role is his relationship with our food suppliers, this ensures good quality produce so our dishes are served to a high standard. Finbarr’s motto is “everyone is a VIP” this reinforces Sandra’s core value of customer service.
Clayton Hotel Burlington Road endeavours to assist all guests with mobility impairments. The hotel’s conference centre is on the ground level, with use of accessible bathrooms and use of our lifts to access the meeting rooms floor and guest bedrooms. Our restaurant and bar are also located on the ground floor. Accessible parking is available at the front of the hotel close to the entrance.
