Clayton Hotel Burlington Road’s 2,100sqm conference centre is the ideal venue for conferences of up to 1,400 delegates. The flexible and modern Fitzwilliam Hall and suites can be divided into 6 individual spaces, each hosting up to 400 delegates, for multi-purpose events, break-out space or exhibition areas. Immediately accessible from the parking facilities with its own entrance and directly connected to the hotel, the conference centre is perfect for conferences. Wi-Fi is complimentary (3MBps) throughout the hotel, in bedrooms and meeting space. Should your conference require additional internet services, we can provide, in partnership with IBAHN (our internet provider), a fully managed internet service with a dedicated speed of up to 350MBps.
Flexible Meeting Rooms
Clayton Hotel Burlington Road has a dedicated Business Centre within the hotel consisting of 20 modern and flexible meeting rooms. Each meeting room includes natural daylight, air-conditioning, LCD projector & screen, WI-FI, writing materials, table refreshments and a flipchart. The meeting rooms can accommodate up to 100 delegates, and there are a range of meeting packages which include refreshments, lunches & overnight stays if required.
