 Part of the team since 2012, Deirdre is the master of all details when it comes to planning and organising meetings, conferences and events. Deirdre and her team are on hand to listen to client’s requirements, deliver their expectations and exceed where possible. The support from Deirdre and her team is first class, safeguarding Sandra’s value of customer service.

Przemek is our Conference & Banqueting Manager who has been with the hotel since 2008. Przemek’s main role is to set up and deliver conferences & events. He is very supportive to each client on their conference and event from beginning to end. He’s very hands on, experienced and will aim to better your expectations.

Supporting Przemek is Anna Michalak, our Meetings Manager. Anna is the backbone to our second-floor meetings, to greeting each delegate on arrival, making sure all meeting rooms are set up correctly, to coffee breaks and billing, Anna is a valued member of our team. She really is, a friendly face to meet on arrival and a great support to guests holding and attending meetings in our hotel.

Finbarr Higgins is our Executive Chef who has a great reputation in the industry creating some of the finest dishes in Ireland. The most fundamental element to Finbarr’s role is his relationship with our food suppliers, this ensures good quality produce so our dishes are served to a high standard. Finbarr’s motto is “everyone is a VIP” this reinforces Sandra’s core value of customer service.
