Conference & Banqueting Manager


Przemek has been with the hotel since 2008. Przemek’s main role is to set up and deliver conferences & events. He is very supportive to each client on their conference and event from beginning to end. He’s very hands on, experienced and will aim to better your expectations.

Meetings Manager


Supporting Przemek, Anna is the backbone to our second-floor meetings. From greeting each delegate on arrival, making sure all meeting rooms are set up correctly, to coffee breaks and billing, Anna is a valued member of our team. She really is, a friendly face to meet on arrival and a great support to guests holding and attending meetings in our hotel.

The most fundamental element to Finbarr’s role is his relationship with our food suppliers and artisan producers, this ensures good quality produce so our dishes are served to a high standard.
