Producer to Plate is really important to us when choosing menus to suit our clients, from coffee breaks and casual lunches to glamorous gala dinners. We are lucky to live on an island with a rich agricultural history making it easy to access fresh seafood and organic produce including meat and dairy. Making great meals means using great ingredients which is why we take great care in choosing our suppliers. We’re happy to work with you to come up with the perfect menu for your event.


World Class Suppliers

Where possible we do our best to use only local and sustainable suppliers. From our ethically sourced Red Bean Roastery Coffee beans, organic Irish smoked salmon from Origin Green certified Kish Fish Co Ltd to our fresh fruit and vegetable suppliers.


Sustainable Catering

Given the scope of our conference and events it has become even more important for us to cut down and manage our waste systems. Some of the ways we’ve improved our waste management is through the use of ceramic mugs, glasses and reusable cutlery where possible. We can also off buffet options which can help reduce packaging and single use plastics.
